Thinking. Affect. Language. Kindness.
Is your teenage girl struggling with low self-esteem or having problems connecting with other teens? Are you concerned that your child may be experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, or are you simply looking for an opportunity to build your child’s confidence and communication skills? If your teen would benefit from support in any of these areas, then Girl T.A.L.K. is the therapeutic experience that has been missing!

Fee: $30 out-of-pocket fee for each weekly session. Fees are due at the start of each session.

GIRL T.A.L.K. is a therapy group that will run for 12 weeks and meet Thursday at 6PM each week.
The GIRL T.A.L.K. Therapy Group starting on June 22, 2023 has been cancelled due to low interest. GIRL T.A.L.K. will be rescheduled for sometime in the Fall! For those with your daughter's name already on the list, we will reach out to you with more details when the new schedule is finalized.

The office is open Monday-Thursday from 9AM-6PM. We are closed on Fridays, but feel free to leave a voicemail with your name and best contact number and we will return your call on Monday.
