What You Can Expect

Adults, Adolescents and Children

Sage Counseling & Consulting provides a safe and fun environment for your child to engage in therapeutic play activities with our counselors. We provide counseling to children and families ages three and up.

Sage Counseling & Consulting also provides therapy to adolescents and adults. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult but can attend one-on-one sessions with their counselor. Adolescents and adults are encouraged to engage in therapeutic activities as well depending on session topics and interest of the client.

We offer in-person and Telehealth sessions for clients age 12 and up.

Couples and Families

Sage Counseling & Consulting offers counseling for couples and families of all shapes and sizes. We strive for each individual to feel heard and valued. We are able to meet you in person or via Telehealth (video sessions can only be held in two locations at once).

During sessions, couples and family members learn new skills and tools to achieve their therapy goals. Psychoeducation, activities and at times homework are given during sessions.
